ROUGH ON RATS AGAIN CONDEMNED.
In the case of Elizabeth Concannon, an old woman residing at 716 Fowler street, who died at the German Hospital on Tuesday from the effects of taking rough on rats, the Coroner's jury yesterday returned a verdict that the woman came to her death from arsenical poison, taken with suicidal intent. The jury also condemned the indiscriminate sale of rough on rats and other proprietory poisons.
