		<description>I&#039;ve seen the photo of the hand in the grinder before but never the full set, including the extraction! You know not much gets to you anymore if you can munch on sausage and pepperoni calzone while looking at these photos AND think to yourself, how good the condition of some of the tendon looked, and as pointed out - the focused and very calm, &quot;I see shit like this everyday&quot; look on the doc&#039;s face. LMAO

I used an hand crank meat grinder when I was about 6 helping my grandmother make meatballs for the Saturday service at a restaurant where she was the Chef. It would be only her and I there, very early in the morning. 
So, yeah that thought had gone through my head at an early age, but I had thought it impossible to do with a hand crank meat grinder! (and now that guys hand is throughly cranked)

		<description>Wooooooooooooooo My Mom had one of those meat grinders and I used to think the same thing....Looking at this doc dig the arm out of the grinder in that one shot....looking quite focused. It&#039;s amasing he didn&#039;t loss more of that arm.
